Shipping & Delivery

We know how important it is for our customers that everything is arranged perfectly from the moment your order is placed until the package is delivered. Below you can read all the information about how we send and deliver your package!

We deliver our orders for free in the Netherlands! For orders to Belgium we charge € 1.95 extra delivery costs. We also have the following delivery promises:

• Netherlands: Ordered before 11:00 PM; Free delivery tomorrow
• Belgium: Ordered before 10:00 PM; tomorrow at home
• Same Day Delivery (Within the Netherlands): For a payment of only 5.99 euros you will receive your order the same day. If you place your order before 11:00 AM, it will be delivered the same day between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM.

Please note: The cut-off time for orders placed on Sundays is at 9:00 PM. This means that orders placed on Sunday (both in NL and BE) placed before 9:00 PM will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 9:00 PM are not guaranteed to be delivered on Monday. If Monday is not delivered, the package will be delivered immediately on Tuesday!

As standard, we ship orders within the Netherlands with DHL and to Belgium with PostNL. Both PostNL and DHL never deliver on a Sunday. An order placed on Saturday will therefore be delivered on Monday!

• Private orders can be delivered both during the day and in the evening.
• Business orders (by company name and address) are always delivered during the day.
