Easy Returns

We know how important it is that you as a customer can easily return! With us you can easily return within a trial period of 30 days. After this, the item must be received by us within 14 days after notification of the return .

We pass on a reimbursement of the return costs to our customers. We do this to reduce the number of unnecessary returns and thus contribute to a cleaner planet. As an entrepreneur, we pay approximately half of the return costs. The other half of the return costs will be borne by the customer. This means that for orders within the Netherlands, return costs of 2.95 euros will be charged. For Belgian orders, return costs of 4.95 euros are charged.

The return costs will be deducted from the refund of the order. The amount that is refunded is the total purchase price minus the return amount, as mentioned above.

We pay a lot of attention to the quality and durability of our phone holders. To optimally serve our customers, we offer a generous warranty period of 1 year. If problems occur during normal use within these 12 months, we will always replace your product free of charge!

Once the link has been opened, all you have to do is enter the order number with # in front of it and your zip code to easily find your order. The return label can then easily be downloaded and printed!

Return conditions:

    1. For items from R2B Store there is always a return period of at least 30 days. After this, the item must be received by us within 14 days after notification of the return . The return period starts on the day you receive the item. Multiple items in 1 order? Then you're in luck: it is laid down by law that the period only starts once you have received everything. So if you order 2 items from R2B Store, the trial period starts when you have received all items. Complicated? The most important thing is that you always get the maximum trial period.

    2. The item is in good condition without signs of wear and is, if possible, in the original packaging.

    3. Items you cannot return: products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as face masks
